Italian silver soup tureen with stand - Naples, circa 1830
circular shaped stand with embossed "cocciolette" decoration, the body and the lid with decorations similar to the stand, the final in the form of a pear. Stamped twice with the mark used by the guild of goldsmiths of Naples for a silver fineness of 833/1000 or 10 ounces, 1832-1872.
Height 23 cm, width with handles 26.5 cm, base diameter 12.2 cm, stand diameter 30.5 cm. Total weight 2260 gr.
Item condition grading: **** good (in need of polishing).
