"The fall of Jesus on the way to Calvary"
Oil on canvas. Relined. One of the characters has a document in which the handwritten message can be read: "Efta es la justicia que manda aser Poncio Pilato, Gbernador de Gerusalen y de toda Judea por el Emperador Tibidio Sesar a efte Hombre por aleboso. Al Ymperio Romano y que sequeria lebantar por Rey de los Judios en pena de sudelito le manda a Chrusificar" (This is the justice that was ordered to be done by Pontius Pilate, Governor of Jerusalem and all of Judea by the Emperor Tiberius Caesar, to this Man by treachery. The Roman Empire wanted to rise against him as King of the Jews he was sent to be crucified as punishment for his crime.) 138 x 180 cm.
