Carved, gilded and polychromed wooden chest. Aragon. 16th century. Circa 1525 - 1540.
The lid is decorated with carved elements depicting a central vase with horns of plenty on both sides and cherubin heads. These elements are repeated on the sides, where there are also some fruits.
The lock has a coat of arms with two feathers.
