MARGARET PRINCESS: (1930-2002) Countess of Snowdon, younger sister of Queen Elizabeth II. Autograph envelope signed, with her initial ('M') to the lower left corner, the small oblong 8vo registered mail envelope addressed by the Princess to Madame Reinhold at La Mardelle, Isdes, Loiret, France. With a postage stamp affixed, featuring an image of the Princess's father, King George VI, and postmarked at Balmoral Castle, 14th September 1950. With some extremely minor age wear and a couple of small creases, only very slightly affecting the Princess's initial. VG
Georgina Reinhold had been Princess Margaret's French tutor.
