GOEBBELS JOSEPH: (1897-1945) German Politician, Reich Minister of Propaganda in Nazi Germany 1933-45. Vintage signed postcard photograph of Goebbels seated in a half-length pose. Photograph by Heinrich Hoffmann of Munich. Signed ('Dr. Goebbels') in fountain pen ink with his name alone to the centre of the image with poor contrast. Accompanied by a T.L.S. by a member of Goebbels' private secretariat, one page, oblong 8vo, Berlin, 19th February 1936, to Hans Schmidt, in German, returning the photograph which Goebbels had signed. Two file holes to the left edge of the letter, not affecting the text or signature. VG, 2
