LITZMANN KARL: (1850-1936) German General of World War I who later became a member of the Nazi Party. Vintage signed postcard photograph of Litzmann in a semi-profile head and shoulders pose in later years. Signed in fountain pen ink to a darker area at the base of the image, also adding his rank beneath his signature. Accompanied by the original envelope hand addressed by Litzmann and post marked 24th October 1934. VG
