Two Cunard cruise ship kosher porcelain plates, English, Circa 1920's.
These very interesting plates would have been used on the Cunard cruise ships for their clients that would have wanted to eat kosher. The Cunard is a British cruise line that was founded in 1840 by Samuel and Edward Cunard. Roman design round edge, with orange and apple design breakers. Text in middle states Meat in English and Yiddish, and kosher.
