Notes: Provenance: Family of the Viscounts of Moimenta da Beira, Beira Alta region. The present set - "Stations of the Cross" - is from the date of its production, in 1785, the property of the same family. It was part of it, everything indicates, three more altarpieces, scattered in family inheritance shares during the 19th century. In addition to the aforementioned three altarpieces, another nativity scene was also part, which is currently in the Museum of the Viseu Cathedral, where it entered through, once again, inheritance shares, since it had passed to an heiress who took the habit of a nun.

The auction of the set of fifteen Steps of the Passion of Christ will be carried out as follows:

1st - the fifteen altarpieces will be put up for auction together for the global amount of € 50,000 - lot nº 200

2nd - if they are not bidded, they will be immediately put up for auction one by one for the lower bid price indicated with each of the pieces - lots 200-A to 200-P.
