[ITALY]: Tommaso Tittoni (1855-1931) Italian Diplomat & Politician, Prime Minister of Italy, March 1905. Tittoni served as Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs 1903-05, 1906-09 & 1919 and was Italy's first delegate at the Paris Peace Conference at the end of World War I. An excellent original pen and ink drawing signed by the German-Swiss artist Robert Kastor, the well-executed image, on a folio sheet of artist's paper, depicts Tittoni in a head and shoulders pose.
