HAILE SELASSIE I: (1892-1975) Ethiopian Regent 1916-30 and Emperor 1930-74. A good bold blue vintage fountain pen ink signature of Haile Selassie on an 8vo page, being the printed stationery of the ''British Industries Fair - Overseas Buyer´s Club - London'', bearing to the upper left corner a printed British emblem. Dated beneath the signature 1938 in his hand. Traces of former mounting to the verso, and very small staining to the borders, otherwise G The present autograph was obtained during Haile Selassie exile years in England 1936-41 after the invasion of Ethiopia by Mussolini.
