Wonderful Iron Forged Rain Wand, 20th Century - Mumuye, Africa. Large intricate iron forged rain wand with dozens of twisted serpent like rods, reaching high out to the sky in various lengths. Traditionally styled to look like lightening clusters in the sky. Shamans would stake the wands in the dirt calling on the gods for rain.
