Sefer Erech Millin was written by R. Shlomo Yehudah Rappaport, one of Prague's Rabbis. R. Rappaport (Commonly known as "Shir") was the son-in-law of the famed R. Aryeh Leib Heller, author of Ketzos HaChoshen. He famously authored the indexes to Sefer Avnei Milluim with his own comments.
Sefer Erech Millin is akin to a Talmudic encyclopedia and dictionary, explaining the names, places, countries rivers etc. found in the Talmud and Midrashim.
At the beginning if the Sefer is a handwritten inscription from the author to R. Yosef Eizikson Rabbi of Rotterdam. R. Eizikson was the son-in-law of R. Yaakov Ettlinger, author of 'Aruch LaNer'.
XII, 282 [8] leaves.
In very good condition. Old binding with signs of wear; lacking spine. This sinlge edition is very rare.
