Bravdo Cabernet Sauvignon Vintage 2010
Have you ever tasted the Wine of a professor of wines?
Barbados wines are the fruit of the accumulated knowledge of Prof. Ben Ami Barbados. Chairman of the Expert Committee of the World Roofing Organization for Vine and Wine. And Prof. Oded Shusiov, an international expert in winemaking processes.
The vineyards and winery owned by the Arkin and Shusiov families are located on the western slopes of the Judean Mountains in heavy limestone soil known to be ideal for growing wine grapes.
Personal and professional care of the vineyard, advanced production technologies and a family tradition of 130 years of growing vines ensure a wine rich in aroma and taste. The wine was composed of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot grapes. The wine was aged in new oak barrels mostly French for 12 months. Natural shading processes without filtration.
