Modern Japanese shin-hanga woodblock print titled ”Harbor at Night, Otaru, ” depicting a pair of figures leaning against a lamplit dock, looking out at the harbor. Marked in the plate with Kawase's seal along the lower left. Marked in the left margin with the Watanabe publishing company's D seal, indicating the print was published between 1931-1941. With a further Japanese inscription to the right margin. Height: 15 1/2 in x width: 10 1/4 in.
