הסכמות מהמהדורה הראשונה מאת הגאון מבערז'אן והאדמו"ר רבי מאיר יחיאל מאסטראווצא, ורבי יחזקאל הכהן מראדומסק ועוד, חלקם ממליצים לרוכשי הספר: "להביא הברכה אל תוך ביתם". הסכמה חדשה למהדורה זו מאת הגאון רבי שמואל ענגיל אב"ד ראדומשילא זצ"ל. וכן הסכמה חדשה מהמלב"ד.
בסופו 19 עמוד המכילים שמות הפרונעמאנטען הרבים מסלתה ושמנה של יהדות אשכנז, ביניהם רבנים ואדמורי"ם חשובים, כמו: הגה"ק רבי חיים אלעזר שפירא ממונקאטש וה"חקל יצחק" מספינקא ועוד רבים וטובים.
