Machzor Shaar Bas Rabim is among the most impressive and elaborate sets of machzorim ever printed.
Four large printed volumes with wide margins. Each volume features an ornate cover page with copper engravings of angels, human forms, animals and the zodiacs described in Tefillas Tal.
Volume I: Prayers for Shabbos, Yomim Tovim, Rosh Chodesh, Purim and Tisha B’Av and Pirkei Avos with Hebrew commentary and Italian transliteration.
Volume II: Prayers for Yomim Nora’im, including prayers and special entreaties recited from Rosh Chodesh Elul until Simchas Torah.
