Postal History - 1930 Post freeze - Letter from France to Milazzo, franked on departure with Seminatrice c. 50 orange; at destination collected the fee for postage of 1.70 lire, paid with postage c. 50 ocher and carmine, c. 20 orange and carmine and 1 lire blue, n. 9 + 22 + 27. Some defects to be examined.
