Sha'arei Yerushalmi on Maseches Demai and Shevuos with Hagaos of the Vilna Gaon.
The title page bears the stamp of Rabbi Moshe Nachum Yerushalmski, rabbi of Kielce [1856-1916], who was a noted rabbi and adjudicator. When he was only seventeen-years-old, the author of Shoel U'Meishiv had him sign a "Heter Meah Rabbanim." He was close to the author of Divrei Chaim of Sanz, the author of Beer Moshe and more.
