The Holy Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Rav of Liska (1808-1874), author of 'Ach Pri Tevuah', 'HaYashar VeHatov'. From great sages of Hungary, close disciple of the Holy 'Yismach Moshe' of Ujhely (Sátoraljaújhely) in Hungary, and disciple of the Holy Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhyn, the Holy Rabbi Meir of Premishlan, the Holy Saar Shalom of Belz and the Holy Divrei Chaim of Sanz.
Aside from his spiritual duties as Rebbe, he continued serving as Av Beis Din and authored numerous halachic responsa.
