R' Meir Arik [1855-1925], a leading Galician Torah scholar, served as rabbi of Yazlovets, Buchach and Tarnów. He passed away in his sukkah on the 16th of Tishrei.
1 page, written both signed, signed at the end.
A complete subject, seems to be missing the begging of the letter.
