Precious oval box in yellow gold (750), the base with guilloche decoration stylizing the basketry and bordered with crenellated friezes and flowers, the lid inlaid with a beautiful oval cameo in malachite carved in bas-relief with the portrait of Bacchus in the antique style, within a frieze of pearls set and bordered with black enamelled greek.
Italy, probably Rome, circa 1880.
