Exclusive short-waist formal evening mess jacket (Spencer style) tailored in fine, heavy dark navy blue wool cloth. Designed for high-ranking formal receptions, it features wide dress lapels and a single-button low front closure using an official embossed gilt-brass button setup. The cuffs are heavily detailed with the regulatory Captain / Master rank insignia, consisting of four clean gold-wire stripes topped with the traditional hand-embroidered maritime executive oval and gold anchor.
