Александр Михайлович Евлахов (1880-1966) — литературовед, педагог, врач, профессор. 1928 года ― врач-психиатр, а с 1944 года ― профессор судебной психиатрии. С 1934 преподавал итальянский язык в Ленинградской консерватории.
Журнал «Клинический архив гениальности и одаренности» под редакцией врача-психиатра, общественного деятеля и художника Григория Сегалина (1878-1960). Журнал выходил в Свердловске и Ленинграде в 1925-1930-х годах. Первый выпуск посвящен вопросам патологий гениально одаренной личности.
