Блок подклеен. Книга открывается не до конца. Маленькие пятна от влаги, загрязнения на обложке, надорвана сильно у корешка. Блок начинает распадаться на тетрадки. Карандашная помета на 1-ой странице. Встречаются маленькие пятна от влаги на краях некоторых страниц.
Прижизненное издание. Первое издание вышло в 1927 году. Книга рассказывает о Царском Селе как историко-литературном и бытовом памятнике XVIII – начала XX века. Поэтическая история города, в котором в разное время жили А.С. Пушкин, В.А. Жуковский, А.А. Дельвиг и многие другие, сопровождается рисунками в силуэтной манере, выполненными Э.Ф. Голлербахом, В.В. Гельмерсеном, Г. Нарбутом, П. Шиллинговским, Е.С. Кругликовой, Е. Белухой.
