Углы переплета и корешка сильно побиты. Переплет немного загрязнен. Встречаются владельческие пометы карандашом и мелкие надрывы на страницах.
Классический советский букварь. Отпечатано в Лейпциге, ГДР. Первое издание было подготовлено в 1965 году издательствами «Художник РСФСР» и «Просвещение» совместно с Академией художеств СССР на основе Букваря, составленного коллективом научных сотрудников Академии педагогических наук СССР и учителей Москвы и Ленинграда.
