Переплет сильно потерт, загрязнен; края и углы сбиты. На верхней крышке переплета нижняя часть частично выгорела. Вмятина на нижней крышке переплета. Небольшие пятна от влаги на краях страниц. Крупный надрыв в тексте на страницах 3-4, 85-86, 93-94. Небольшая утрата на нижнем крае страницы 112-113. На страницах встречаются загрязнения, небольшие надрывы.
