Условно хорошее состояние. Переплет существенно загрязнен, потерт. Углы побиты. Нижняя крышка покороблена от влаги. Бумага на форзаце частично отклеилась от крышки. Встречаются загибы уголков. Шлейф от влаги в верхней части страниц второй половины блока.
С рисунками и вкладками-кинограммами. В приложениях также имеется список лучших игроков-теннисистов, ведущийся с 1927 года.
