On the official stationery of Rabbi Yankaleh "of Pshevorsk now in Antwerp" from Adar b 1989.
Handwritten by the Gabai and with the Admor's handwritten signature: "יעקב לייזער מפשעווארסק יצ"ו".
At the end of the letter: ותנצלו מכל צרה וצוקה ומכל נגע ומחלה ותתברכו מן השמים בשפע ברכה והצלחה וחג הפסח כשר ושמח".
