underground press mark 1865-1920, mint number 15 and handwritten inscription in graphite, oval and slightly domed porcelain plate with extremely fine onglaze painting over red line preprint, breast piece of the wife of King Frederick William III. of Prussia after the famous portrait by Gustav Carl Ludwig Richter (1823-1884) painted in 1879, in a carved and gilded rocaille frame, at the left edge above the shoulder minimal paint abrasion, otherwise good condition, l plate 8,5 cm, l frame 19 cm.
