Meissen view plate - Meissen view plate ”Dresden - Moritzburg - Pillnitz”, underglaze blue pommel sword mark 1815-1860, struck twice, mint numbers 69 and 3 and brush mark, oval moulded form with curved rim and rich decoration in fine polychrome onglaze painting and gold painting, in the mirror a city panorama with a so-called ”Canaletto view” from the banks of the Elbe over the Augustus Bridge to Dresden, the flag with a circulating garland of flowers in front of a purple background, four cartouches with a view of Pillnitz Palace and Moritzburg, respectively of an urn and framing gold lace edge and gold rim, the latter rubbed and the edge of the right cartouche professionally restored, detachable wire wall suspension, l 40,5 cm.
