marketed Friedrich Maute, circa 1890, fancy grand case, in solid oak, elaborately carved, the base supported by two griffins, upper part with figural carving (with two drying cracks), crown with winged angel's head, movement with two weights and half-hour strike on tone spiral, functional, the upper finish loose, minor missing parts, dimensions 250 x 55 x 35 cm.
