Rabbi Yaakov Moshe David Tevele Sheier, disciple of Rabbi Yaakov HaCohen – Shev Yaakov of Frankfurt. Dayan and Rosh Yeshiva in Frankfurt, Rabbi of Bamberg (1759) and Mainz (1767), where Rabbi Nassan Adler sent his student Rabbi Moshe Sofer (the Chasam Sofer) to study at his Yeshiva.
