Letter from Rabbi Menachem Mendel Friedlander, Rebbe of Borgoprund (1896-1940), son-in-law of the Tal Chaim – Rebbe of Liska, addressed to Rabbi Yosef Brauda - Rabbi of Miava (1867-1945).


The letter refers to the sefer written by the father of the Rabbi of Miava and includes a list of names of philanthropists to whom the sefer should be sent.

Rabbi Menachem Mendel Friedlander was a son of Rabbi Yehuda, Rabbi of Borgoprund (near Bistritz, Romania) and son-in-law of his uncle – the Rebbe of Liska and author of Tal Chaim.

Rabbi Yosef Brauda, was a son of Maharam Brauda and son-in-law of Rabbi Yisrael Frankel - Rabbi of Shatmansdorf.
