Martin Brothers Pottery Double-Sided Face Jug
Martin Brothers salt glazed stoneware double-sided face jug, dated 1892, marked for Robert Wallace Martin (English, 1843-1923), incised to the underside 2 - 1892 R.W. Martin + Bros. - London + Southall. The Martin Brothers pottery operated in London by four brothers from from 1873 until 1914.
Dimensions:height 8 1/4in; width 7 1/2in; depth 6 3/4in.
Condition: Under UV light there is a small area of professional restoration to the rim on spout. Otherwise in generally good condition overall.
