This exquisite and intriguing pair comprises a 13th-century Tanto sword and a 19th-century Kozuka. The Tanto sword features a 12-inch blade, elegantly housed in a beautiful saya crafted from lacquered wood. The accompanying Kozuka, a small utility knife, is typically stored in a slot on the reverse side of the Tanto scabbard. This particular 19th-century Kozuka is crafted from mixed metals, depicting a dragon on the handle and measures 8.5"L with a 4.75"L blade. The sheathed blades measure 12.75"L x 1.5"W. Both blades are signed.
