נדיר מאוד. למיטב ידיעתנו לא נראה פריט כזה במכירות!
בראש המעטפה נדפס: "ישראל מאיר הכהן מח"ס "חפץ חיים" ו"משנה ברורה" ראדין, פלא ווילנא".
על המעטפה נרשמו פרטי הנמען וכתובתו. חותמת הדואר בראדין (משנת 1930) ובול.
