Rabbi Ya'akov Yehuda Leib Levi (1813-1889) was a Torah and kabbalah genius, Rosh Av beit Din of Jerusalem for more than forty years. he was one of the leaders of the Ashkenazi community of Jerusalem and one of the founders of Kollel Polin.
