Each receipt is signed by a rabbi or two, of the geniuses of Jerusalem: Rabbi Yosef Yadid Ha'Levi, Rabbi Pinchas Epstein, Rabbi David Chamof, Rabbi Moshe Leib Bernstein, and the kabbalists Rabbi Shimon Zvi Horotwitz and Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Leib Auerbach.
Condition: Good. Folding marks.
A printed document by the City Committee of the Ashkenazic Communities containing a request to the government to ensure complete freedom to the Haredi Jews of the Land of Israel to conduct their affairs by themselves. Elul 1926.
Hand-signed by two rabbis including Rabbi Shmuel Alaluf.
