Sefer Gdulat Yosef – Yiddish Torah stories about Yosef. For simple people, women and children.
This book is of the popular type, in style and manner of printing and it being written in Yiddish, like Techinot of women.
Many versions of the book were printed during the years 1794-1936.
Written by Rabbi Eliezer Power.
On the binding, a handwritten Hebrew inscription: "This book … belong stop the maiden … the pure daughter of the rabbinical … Sheraga Yosef the son of Moshe…" Then, there is a handwritten inscription which is part of the version of the Ketubah with the name of the aforementioned maiden.
Condition: Good-Fair. Worn binding. The title page is torn and stained. Folds. Natural wear. The last leaf is almost completely detached.
