Ford 30th Anniversary Medallion, 1933 Grades GEM Unc RB. Ford Motor Company celebrated thirty years of car making at the Ford Exposition of Progress in 1933. Held at Convention Hall in Detroit (then moved to New York City), the exposition featured manufacturing exhibits, musical programs, a display of historic automobiles, and a recreation of Henry Ford's Bagley Avenue workshop. Nearly 700,000 souvenir coins like this one were made for visitors during the exposition.
