כתיבה תימנית. מקור עברי ותרגום אונקלוס, פסוק אחר פסוק. השלמות דפים בכתיבה שונה במספר מקומות.
עשרות דפים. חסר בתחילתו ובסופו. 32.5 ס"מ. מצב בינוני-גרוע. כתמים, כתמי רטיבות, קרעים, בלאי ופגעי עש, עם פגיעה בטקסט במקומות רבים. ללא כריכה.
