Signatures on title page: “Reuven Moshe Modena”, “Ya’akov Chaim son of Yichye” [the Ga’on Rabbi Ya’akov Chaim son of Yichye, among rabbis of Italy. Disciple of Rabbi Yishma’el HaCohen of Medena author of" Zera Emet" and Dayan in his Beit Din. Wrote an introduction to book of his rabbi]. Dozens of lengthy glosses in Italian handwriting [by Rabbi Ya’akov Chaim son of Yichye?]. The author repeatedly alludes to the books "Shnei Luchot HaBrit" and" Ta’ava La’Einayim" by Rabbi Shlomo Algazi.
