Mishnayot, with Rashi commentary and Etz Chaim commentary by Rabbi Yisrael Ya'akov Chagiz. Livorno, 1653-1656. Complete set of six volumes.
First edition printed by the author Rabbi Ya'akov Chagiz, a short while before he immigrated to Eretz Israel and thereafter established his famous yeshiva in Jerusalem.
Nice set in good condition, with contemporary vellum bindings.
6 volumes. Zera'im: 24; 175 leaves. Mo'ed: 284 leaves. Nashim: 223 leaves. Nezikin: 302 leaves. Kodshim: 272 leaves. Taharot: 368 leaves. 14.5 cm. Good condition. Stains, wear or tears to few leaves. Contemporary vellum bindings, with gilt inscription on spines [in Latin]. Worming to several leaves and to bindings.
