Illustrated "Shiviti"
"Shiviti" written on paper. [Morocco? Early 20th century].
Paper; ink.
Unusually designed "Shiviti". On top - three semi-circles decorated with geometric patterns, with blessing verses. In the center - "LaMenatze'ach" Menorah decorated with repeated geometric and vegetal patterns; central part is shaped as a circle and the base as a triangle, with more verses. Drawn on the left and on the right are five circles, decorated with geometric patterns, with the verses of "Ana Bekoach". The sixth circle is not drawn (a sketch appears in pencil), and last two columns of the liturgy are squeezed into the fifth circle in initials.
30X21 cm. Fair condition. Folding marks, creases and stains. Some tears to upper part.
