260 leaves. Lacking leaf 261 and [2] folded plates at end of book. Approx. 20.5 cm. Condition varies. Many leaves in middle of book in good-fair condition. Stains and worming. First and final leaves in fair condition, with extensive worming and damage. Tears, extensive damage and worming to title page, affecting text, repaired with paper. Final gathering detached, with dark stains, severe wear and tears (with handwritten text replacement), presumably supplied from a different copy. Large tears to leaf 260, affecting text with some loss, repaired with paper and handwritten text replacement. New cloth binding.
Variant - A printed dedication at the top of the title page: "For R. Mordechai Gallico". There are copies dedicated to other people ("For of R. Shmuel son of R. Elchanan Cases", or "For R.
