19 מסמכים בכתב-יד, מכתבים ותעודות, ובהם התכתבויות עם הקונסוליה האוסטרו-הונגרית (Kais. und kön. Österr.-Ungar. Generalkonsulat) בצפת (וטבריה). צפת, 1862 עד 1917 בקירוב. גרמנית ואיטלקית.
בין המסמכים תעודות רשמיות ומכתבים אישיים – בהם בקשות לאישורים מיוחדים; מרבית המכתבים קשורים במשפחות הצפתיות צייגר (צייגער), גייגר וסגל; חלק מהמכתבים קשורים בפעילותו הציבורית של ר' משה צייגר חר"ג (1824-1909), מראשי הממונים של "כולל אוסטריה", איש ציבור ומנכבדי הקהילה החסידית בצפת. כמה מהמסמכים נושאים חותמות וחתימות בעברית.
גודל ומצב משתנים. כמה מהמסמכים במצב בינוני.
