ספר חוקי האישות, על פי דת משה והתלמוד, שחובר מאת רבי יחזקאל לנדא, בעל ה"נודע ביהודה", על פי בקשת הקיסר פרנץ יוזף השני. מונקאטש, דפוס קאהן עט פריעד, [תרס"ג 1903] מהדורה ראשונה בעברית.
בשנת 1783 התבקש בעל ה"נודע ביהודה" מהקיסר יוזף השני, מטעם תוקף תפקידו כרבה הראשי של פראג, לכתוב את חוות דעתו על חוקי הנישואין האזרחיים במדינה, ועל יחסם אל עקרונות ההלכה היהודית. התצהיר התפרסם לראשונה בגרמנית, על ידי הרב ד"ר אלכסנדר קיש, ובמהדורה שלפנינו התפרסם לראשונה בעברית, בתרגומו של זאב וואלף שענבלום.
חתימה בדף השער: "אברהם ברי"ד לעווי".
טז עמ'. 21.5 ס"מ. מרבית הדפים במצב טוב. כתמים. קרע חסר בדף האחרון, עם פגיעה בטקסט. במספר דפים חיתוך דפים על גבול הטקסט. כריכה חדשה.
