סדר קריאה ותיקון ללילי שבועות והושענא רבא. אמשטרדם, דפוס משה בן אברהם מינדיס קויטיניו, [תס"ה 1705].
עותק שהיה שייך לאשה. רישום בכתב-יד בדף המגן האחורי: "Ribca bat Selomoh Saruco, 5 Sivan anno 5555 [רבקה בת שלמה סארוקו ה' סיון שנת תקט"ו, 1755]".
בעלת העותק, רבקה, הייתה בתו של רבי שלמה סארוקו, רבה של קהילת הפורטוגזים בהאג משנת 1752 ועד לפטירתו בשנת 1784.
