אוסף "עלי הגהה" מדפוסי שאלוניקי וליוורנו, שהוצאו מ"גניזת כריכות", רובם עם תיקונים והגהות בכתב-יד. [שאלוניקי וליוורנו, שנות הת"ק-הת"ר].
בין הדפים: דף עם תיקונים בכתב-יד מהדפסת הספר "חקקי לב" לרבי חיים פאלאג'י, בשאלוניקי ת"ר. דפים עם תיקונים מהספרים: משפט צדק לרבי מאיר בן שם טוב (נדפס שאלוניקי תקנ"ה), כתם פז לרבי שמעון לביא (נדפס ליוורנו תקנ"ה), שו"ת מחזה אברהם לרבי אברהם די בוטון (נדפס שאלוניקי תקנ"ה), ועוד. בהשוואה לנדפס, מצאנו כי כל התיקונים וההוספות תוקנו ונוספו במהדורות הסופיות. חלק מהדפים לא זוהו (ביניהם דפים מספר הזוהר, מהדורה לא מזוהה).
כ-30 דפים ושרידי דפים. גודל ומצב משתנים. כתמים, בלאי ופגעי עש קשים.
