"Eilecha!" – Propaganda Leaflet Calling to Enlist to the British Army - World War II
" Eilecha!", leaflet published by the Jewish Workers Union in Palestine (Histadrut), the executive committee, enlistment department. "Achdut" cooperative press, Tel-Aviv, [ca. 1943-1945].
A propaganda leaflet calling the residents of drafting age, who are obliged to enlist to "the army, as guards, or to the security forces", to enlist to the war against the Nazis "in the name of the reviving homeland…". Mentioned in the text are the battle of Stalingrad, the victory on Rommel in North Africa and the fight of the Partisans, as well as the crimes of the Nazis in Europe.
